Ian started his career in banking in 1976, undertaking roles that include commercial, agribusiness and retail banking.
He is focussed on providing exceptional service as a Finance Broker to Australian business owners.

Greg Betts
Equipment Finance Specialist
Greg has worked in the finance industry for 30 years. For most of that time period his base was Tamworth, servicing the north eastern part of NSW
In recent times he has set up an office in Newcastle and along with partner Lee, now share their time between the best of both worlds, the Hunter and Tamworth,
Greg’s specialty is Asset & Equipment finance and he operated his own brokerage, Eastland Finance for many years before joining the Regional Finance Group where he now operates as Professional Funding, still providing his expert knowledge on all things Equipment Finance.
Apart from his education at the School of Hard Knox, he holds a Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage broking and is a member of the Finance Brokers Association of Australia ( FBAA). He is also a Justice of the Peace
His interests are exploring regional vineyards and craft breweries and cheering on the mighty South Sydney Rabbitohs.

Jason Sherman
Business Lending Specialist
The finance world is continually changing, it’s important to find a broker that has all bases covered! Jason’s experience and passion will make sure he finds you the ideal loan.
After University Jason started his Finance Industry career, working for an American Finance Company as an entry level Customer Service Representative before being promoted to the Branch Manager of the same Branch.
Here he achieved multiple National Awards and was promoted to NSW Sales Development Manager whereby he coached Branch Managers.
Working for the same company, Jason was later promoted to a Regional Manager role (covering Sydney CBD and inner west) where he led and mentored 8 Branch Managers with 32 staff.
After relocating to Port Macquarie in 2012, Jason has worked as a Home Lender and Business Banking Manager across multiple customer portfolios.
Jason brings his experience as a customer, property owner and investor together with his knowledge of commercial banking to the table. His determination and tremendous focus will provide you with peace of mind that you have someone working hard for you!

Community is very important to Debbie and she has previously been on the board of Northaven and Kirinari which are both disability services and she is currently an active member of the Sapphire City Concert Band.
